Genesis 360 was awarded the Scottsdale Contemporary Housing Site project in partnership with FEMA and United States Army Corps of Engineers to develop a temporary FEMA housing community to house victims of Hurricane Ida in Harvey, Louisiana.
We managed the temporary housing project including, groundwork, pads, driveway, water, electricity and sanitary sewer systems.
This March, we completed this project on budget and ahead of schedule! This development will provide safe temporary shelter for 36 families.
