Craig Stevens, President and Founder of Genesis 360, LLC, is a visionary leader whose military discipline, business acumen, and entrepreneurial drive have propelled the company’s transformation into a premier enterprise management firm.
A native of Opelousas, Louisiana, Craig served 25 years in the United States Air Force, retiring as a Captain in the 93rd Bomb Squadron. His military career instilled in him the principles of precision, leadership, and operational efficiency, values that continue to shape Genesis 360 today.
From Parking Lot Striping to Enterprise Management
In 2011, Craig launched Genesis 360 as a parking lot striping business, but his vision extended far beyond. Under his leadership, the company has evolved into a one-stop enterprise solution specializing in Integrated Vendor Management, Construction Management, Enterprise IT Solutions, Supply Chain Management, Payroll, and Staff Augmentation.
With a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Craig seamlessly blends technology, innovation, and strategic planning, making Genesis 360 a leader in federal, commercial, and government contracting.

Craig Stevens is a dedicated community leader and mentor, committed to fostering education, economic development, and social impact. A graduate of Leadership Ascension, New Orleans Emerging Leaders, and the American Academy of Entrepreneurs, he actively serves on the boards of the Ascension Chamber of Commerce, Baton Rouge Food Bank, Boys and Girls Club, Dream Teachers, BREC, Home Builders Association, LABI, and the Better Business Bureau. As a Rotarian, Craig’s leadership extends beyond business, ensuring that his contributions uplift communities, support future leaders, and drive meaningful change. Craig is also a lifetime member of Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity.

Karen Zito, Vice President at Genesis 360, is a dynamic executive with over 20 years of leadership experience, driving the company’s vision, strategy, and growth. Previously, she served as President and CEO of the Home Builders Association of Greater Baton Rouge, leading strategic planning, government relations, and fiscal management. Her career spans development, investor relations, and sales, including key roles at the Baton Rouge Area Chamber. A dedicated leader, Karen's excellence is recognized through numerous accolades, including the Army Achievement Medal from her eight years of service with the Louisiana Army National Guard 415th MI BN.
